Kimbap 김밥 carries decades of memory in Korean culture. Our role was to translate that into a brand that can live and thrive in London’s fast moving food scene. Studio EYC developed the brand strategy and guidelines for Seoul Kimbap, a London based spot built around one clear idea, kimbap done well.
